It was gorgeous the other day, and since I only worked a half day I thought it would be a perfect moment to time to try out a new margarita recipe, Pink Lemonade Margarita. This is a delicious, sweet and tangy drink is perfect on a hot day or to go along with a taco night.
Sunshine makes me ridiculously happy...and you know, add a margarita and it is a very good afternoon.
Ingredients
1 can of pink lemonade concentrate
1 cup tequila
3-4 cups ice
1/4 cup fresh lime juice
sugar for the rim (optional)
Directions
1. Put all of the ingredients in a blender and mix until well blended
2. Using the lime wedge, go around the top of the glass and then dip in sugar (optional), pour the margaritas into the glasses and Enjoy!
